🛡️ Vanish Compatibilities

EpicReports includes vanish compatibility to ensure that players in vanish mode do not appear in the auto-complete suggestions when executing the /report command. Here's a breakdown of how vanish support works in both Bungeecord and Spigot modes:

🧩 Bungeecord Mode (MySQL)

If you're using EpicReports with Bungeecord (MySQL enabled), the plugin supports vanish detection via:

  • PremiumVanish ✅

The only vanish plugin supported in Bungeecord mode

⚠️ Note:

  • In this mode, the plugin only detects vanish status from PremiumVanish.

  • The plugin also automatically hides players who:

    • Have the permission EpicReports.Admin

    • Are server operators (OP)

    • Are manually added to the Players_Whitelist_Tab list in bungee-config.yml

⚙️ Spigot Mode (Local - No MySQL)

If you're running EpicReports in local mode (without MySQL), the plugin supports broader compatibility:

  • SuperVanish ✅

  • PremiumVanish ✅

  • EssentialsX ✅

  • VanishNoPacket ✅

  • Many other vanish plugins ✅

✅ Additionally, just like in Bungeecord mode:

  • Players with the permission EpicReports.Admin will be hidden.

  • Server operators (OPs) will not appear in suggestions.

This ensures that your staff or hidden players remain undiscoverable when players attempt to use the report feature.
